Separate contracts
Website content is not a customer contract
The website provides general information about Rubik, its capabilities, industries, services and viewpoints. It does not by itself create an offer, commitment, warranty, advisory relationship or contract for services.
Customer services are governed by the agreed Contract Details, the applicable UK or Republic of Ireland General Terms of Business, and any other documents expressly incorporated into that agreement. If website content conflicts with a signed customer agreement, the customer agreement takes priority.

Information you send
Forms, enquiries and feedback
You must provide information that is accurate, lawful and appropriate for the enquiry, job application, newsletter subscription or other interaction you choose. Do not submit confidential information, trade secrets, security credentials, sensitive personal data or material that infringes another person’s rights unless Rubik has specifically asked for it through an appropriate process.

Rubik takes reasonable care when preparing website content, but industrial technology, partner services, laws and business conditions change. Content may become incomplete or out of date.
Website content is general information only. It is not legal, financial, tax, safety, engineering or other professional advice and should not replace advice based on your specific circumstances.
Availability
Access, security and changes
We aim to keep the website available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation or compatibility with every device or system.
Rubik may update, suspend, restrict or remove any page, feature or content without notice. We may block access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, users, Rubik or third parties.
You are responsible for your own device, browser, internet connection, security controls and backup arrangements.

External links, platforms and embedded services
The website may link to or embed services operated by third parties, including social networks, video platforms, partner websites and external resources. Rubik does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, security, content or privacy practices.
A link does not imply endorsement unless Rubik expressly says so. Review the third party’s own terms and privacy information before using its service.

For business users, Rubik is not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, anticipated savings, goodwill, data or any indirect or consequential loss connected with website use.
These limits apply only to the public website. Liability relating to contracted services is governed by the relevant customer agreement.
